"Good value if booked in advance. We were given a bigger room than we’d booked. Good location: 10-15min walk from Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith tube stations. Also good bus connections up and down Shepherd’s Bush Road. Generally good experience but the room was extremely hot, which strangely was not coming from the radiator. Better than being too cold but be warned. I woke up sweating both nights / mornings."

"I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended!"
