"This is the 3rd time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located with a big mall right beside it with so many restaurants inside to choose from. There is also a huge supermarket at the far end of the mall. The electronic market HuaQiang North is just like 5 minutes walk away. The washing machine was not working in our room so we called the front desk. A technician came in a timely manner but was not quite able to figure out a solution and indicated the unit would need to be replaced. We thought there was no way the hotel would get us a new washer in time … maybe in a few days. Lo and behold!! We heard noises after about 30 minutes outside our door and went out to take a look. The technician came back with his lady supervisor, another staff AND a brand new washer! The supervisor tried some more testing and the washer was fixed on the spot. We were glad that the machine was fixed not requiring a new replacement but absolutely amazed by the fact that Fraser Suites would have spare washer for replacement at any time. Their staff was also very efficient. We felt assured that there was always door person at the entrance of the hotel who greeted us warmly. For room cleanliness, staff efficiency and accessibility, Fraser Suites would be my first choice of stay at Shenzhen. "

"The room was decent, and the massage service was reasonably priced and friendly. They didn’t charge much for the actual package and only asked for a RMB 40 tip per hour, which still made the overall cost very reasonable. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Luohu Commercial Center."
