"Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very large and very clean. Comfy beds and good aircon. We had a window view to the street but it was not noisy. Staff were excellent and great customer service. Could get snacks at reception if you felt peckish. Ten minute walk to station and we walked most places to see sights as well as a two minute walk to the bus 98 stop which takes you to Aping to see Banyon tree house."

"Staff are great, very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel... EXCEPT that there are a few tight corners you have to turn before you get to the parking lots. If you are driving a standard car, NO problem. I had a big SUV... that took me a bit of an effort. Otherwise, it's fine !! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a very nice and cosy lounge on Ground Floor that you can use. Coffee machine, Milo drinks, Chinese tea... the LOT !!"
