「Lovely location on the river. Fire pit, screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY.」

「Long blonde hair covered the area. The coffee machine did not work. TV did not work.
When I checked in, the lady who helped me was rude and very unpleasant. I really hope to get my money back for this stay.」

My last stay was the same while other staff at the desk said they could not help me. This shows me a lack of staff = cost savings manager perhaps. My check-in took exceptionally long.
My room stay began with a non-working heating and air system which maintenance later repaired. That took 2 hours and the room was...
