"There was water leakage in the shower area and discoloration on the linoleum. A reddish discoloration indicative of mold. The deck was locked off because it seemed to have issues. This was a disappointing since the sunset from that deck was something we were looking forward to. Other than these maintenance issues it was a nice room and the location is excellent"
