About this property

Spacious Home, Spectacular view of Coastline, golf course & runway

  • Eagles Nest is a spacious home on the golf course overlooking the airport with an amazing 180 degree view. On a clear day you can see the coastline all the way from Fort Bragg to Punta Gorda. Centrally located within walking distance of the airport, the beach, tide pools, lighthouse, hiking trails and restaurants. Watch migrating whales from the comfort of the cozy living room. On a chilly night, enjoy the warmth of the freestanding gas fireplace. The main living area is on the second floor with a spiral staircase to 2 bedrooms and a bath on the lower level. There is additional sleeping space upstairs in the loft.
    Shelter Cove is a great place to fish. surf, take a hike or just relax and watch the sunset from one of the 3 ocean view decks. With three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, and two and a half baths there is plenty of room for the whole family, Eagles Nest is a pilots dream, fly in, park you airplane and walk about 300 yards to a fully furnished, comfortable home. Sleeps 8. One or two well behaved canine family members may be permitted with an additional pet fee.
