「After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice. When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted. 「The pictures on here are no where close to what it actually looks like. There were cockroachs in the room, hair on the fitted sheet, the last occupants paperwork still on the table, food left on the TV stand, fridge was disgusting, the walk to the room was horrible, the whole place smelled like mold and wet carpet. We stayed a total of 30 minutes before we walked the key back and left. I wouldn't recommend that place to a homeless person. They need to be shut down.」

「Towels were messy with black streaks, saw two bugs, and no necessities besides a bar of soap.」

「The bathroom was nice but the rest of the room needed a serious update carpet wall's and furniture.」

「Bed was clean and neet bathroom sink clean bathroom clean except the walls . Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !」
