Located near Jack Daniel’s and Nearest Green distilleries, our home has been fully renovated and is ready for you to relax and unwind. You will experience all the modern conveniences of home including great WiFi, 4K TV’s and a fully stocked kitchen.

This home was originally built in 1852 and has been fully renovated with top-of-the line features and appliances. The open floor plan includes two fireplaces, a soaking tub and shower with rain head. The three porches allow for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Tennessee, with all the comforts of home.

The property and house was just so nice. It is in a beautiful location in the country. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning one night. We called the property owner and he came right over that night and got it going. I highly recommend this beautiful place if you’re looking for a good place to stay near Shelbyville.

This was an amazing place!! We stopped for one night on our way to Florida, this place had everything you could want for longer stay. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Give this place a try!!

Beautifully equipped home

Grandma and grandpa stayed with grandchildren. The outdoor playspace was a favorite of the grands. We appreciated the comfortable, well appointed country home! The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice. The appliances are top notch. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a short, but wonderful stay at Tennessee Getaway. After a visit to Jack Daniel’s, our family was able to fully relax and enjoy the home. My grandson loved the “play ground” as we cooked dinner in a well appointed kitchen. We capped off the night enjoying a nice fire. The only thing that could have been better would be a longer trip. Highly recommend this place!

Charming and Comfy

We came for a high school graduation in Tullahoma, and this was a great spot to lay our heads! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and we had everything we needed. Great spot, and we loved feeling like we were on vacation in the mountains. Loved the screened back porch especially!

This is the cutest place. The back screened in porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The bathrooms were so cute! Very comfortable. What a great place to relax!

Fun with Friends

Great little getaway place for friends or family to stay on vacay! It’s roomy and gives off a “home like country” feeling and warm welcome to those who enter. A great place that offers a back patio area, a front porch area and an enclosed sitting area for enjoying morning coffees and evening visits with family and friends. The venue is fully equipped, beds are super comfortable, and the hosts are readily available should you need anything. Overall, a great place to stay!

Tennessee Getaway - Winery and Distilleries

A group of friends stayed at this property and it was perfect. The property was clean and everything you needed was available to you. It was a great location to visit Arrington Winery and various distilleries (Uncle Nearest, George Dickles, and Jack Daniels). After visiting those locations it was nice to come back to an open fire or a quiet swing on the front porch. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vaca

We spent two different nights in this lovely home, as it was half way point for our drive to and back from our Florida family vacation. This home is cozy and we all loved it. This house is a mix of old and new, with a touch of antiques and modern amenities. My only wish is that we would have been able to stay more than just over night each time we stayed so, we could have explored the area more. Overall GREAT place to stay!!

In town-Livestock Sale

This house was perfect for our short stay. We wish we could have actually stayed at the house and enjoy the house longer but we were busy with our animals at the livestock sale nearby. We were unfortunately only able to spend approximately 4-5 waking hours at the house the 2.5 days we were there and my family was all in agreement that this would be a great place to return too and relax some. We had an issue while we were there and the property manager/owner was quick to respond and communicate with us. Place was clean, looked to be newly renovated, and enough parking to pull our 24 ft trailer livestock in the driveway because we travel in so late at night the first night and could not get into the facility we needed to unload animals. It met all our needs! We will be back next year if the sale is in the same location!
