This massive 4-bed apartment is Ideal for families, contractors or groups. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre and offers a perfect blend of space, luxury, and privacy. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, cooktop, full-size fridge, and dining table with 6 chairs means meals can be prepared and enjoyed in the apartment.

Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming open-plan living area, filled with natural light and soft textures. Kick back on the comfy sofa, catch up on your favourite shows with the Smart TV, or enjoy a quiet night in after exploring the city. The bedroom is your own peaceful retreat, with a plush bed, quality linens, and colourful touches to make you feel right at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full-on meal. And if you’d rather let someone else do the cooking, Kelham Island has you covered — from artisan bakeries and independent coffee shops to buzzing street food spots and award-winning restaurants like Jöro and The Milestone.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and stylish finishes that add to the home-from-home feel.

We offer extras to make your stay smoother: Early check-in/late check-out (£30/hr), pet cleaning fee (£50), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay clean (£50), extra linen/towels (£10), and extra guests (£25 each). Need luggage storage or grocery pre-stocking? Just ask in advance.

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £200 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores within walking distance. The house is well maintained and the host was very responsive. We would stay again if visiting the area in the future.
