TRAVEL COT & HIGH CHAIR:
Travel cot and high chair is available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost of £30. Please ensure you message upon booking so that we can arrange this for you.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

You will have to walk past other residents properties so we strongly advise being respectful to other residents at all times.

Our professional hosting team will be on standby from 7 am until 10 pm, 7 days a week to assist with any issues. You can always expect a quick response via the Airbnb app, Whatsap or telephone.

Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be agreed in advance and are charged at £15/hr.

Replacement fobs are charged at £50 each.

To protect our properties all bookings require a pre-authorised security deposit 24hrs before check-in.

If the booking is less than 6 days in length a pre-authorisation is taken on the primary guests card (no funds are transferred).

If greater than 6 days, a security deposit of £200 is charged and will be refunded upon successful check-out.
