Management Retreat

We have used this house for the last few years for a management retreat for 10 co-workers. This property provides an excellent place for us to spend the day doing long-term planning and then have the evening to enjoy dinner together.

Great experience in Gibbsville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home was as advertised, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The host kept the Christmas decorations up to make the home festive for our family Christmas celebration. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Everyone enjoyed the game rooms. The hot tub was a hit with all of us, young and old. We also enjoyed walking on the Onion River, following all the animal tracks in the new snow. We would definitely stay at this home again. It is a five star property.

Amazing family time

We really enjoyed our family time together in this spacious, well appointed home in a quiet area near Sheboygan. Everything we needed for food prep, outdoor activities and relaxation was available for our use. Tyler made our stay easy! Thank you!

Great for a big family

The River Ridge house was an awesome space for kids and adults. The game room, shuffle board and skee ball were a hit with the kids. The hot tub and outdoor area were a hit for the adults. A nice surprise was the multiple jet/rain head showers. We were easily able to fit five adults and 4 small children in the kitchen and dining area with ease. We had a very nice time!

Great place

We rented this property for the weekend while attending a race at Road America. This is probably one of the best VRBO's I've stayed at. The description on the website was accurate and we arrived at a very clean, well stocked house. I had a few questions for the owner before and after we arrived and Tyler was very prompt with communication and suggestions. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Winter Wedding Hosts

Ladies' Getaway

12 ladies shared a long weekend getaway in this large home. There were enough true beds (not futons, bunks or pull-out sofas) to accommodate everyone. The 2 gas fireplaces were put to good use and kept the 2 gathering spaces warm and cozy. The WIFI service kept up with demand. Had some issues with the freezer in the kitchen, and the host was responsive. There was disappointment with some of the fun retro video games and dart board being worn out and/or not working properly. Hopefully this can be addressed so they are in good repair for the next family to enjoy.

The Perfect Christmas House

We do not have a huge family, but it is still difficult to comfortably fit everyone in all of our personal ranch style houses for holidays. This year, we wanted to rent out a larger house so everyone could have space and enjoy. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we all had our own private bedrooms. The kids absolutely loved the game room and basement. The adults loved the luxurious kitchen and hot tub of course. The owners were wonderful and we'd love to go back!

Five star getaway

Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. This home is beautiful and very accommodating for any big family getaway. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. Everything you need is here. Plenty to do for all ages. Kids and adults enjoy the downstairs rec room with the games, bar and big TV. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Lots of room to spread out too. It was perfect for us. Plus there are many attractions and things to do that are near by. The owner was great to interact with, he was always helpful and quick to response to any of our questions. He always made sure we were good. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to any big families. Thanks Tyler

Girls Weekend getaway!!

We had an excellent stay! We had nine ladies between the ages of 35 and 52. We each had our own places to sleep which was great. We utilized the poker table, basketball, shuffleboard, ski ball, air hockey, board games etc. We also watch the Packers disappointing loss on the big TV in the lower level with plenty of seating for all while we enjoyed popcorn from the popcorn maker and the warmth from the fireplace. There was ample space for all of us to be together in the main living areas as well as have time apart when needed. The 5 bathrooms was very convenient for all of us. We appreciated that the owners for very accessible but did not interrupt us during our stay. Thanks for a memorable trip!!!

Upscale place, quiet surroundings

We couldn't believe the amount of room in this house -- way more than our little three-person family needed, but the luxury was very welcome for this, our first post-pandemic trip. The kitchen was the best-equipped of any vacation rental we've ever stayed at, in terms of spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and so on. PLUS, in one of the upstairs bedrooms there was a curated collection of nerf weapons. It brought back a lot of memories for our 35-year-old son and myself. Both the lovely sitting room/conservatory on the main floor and the basement home theater have Roku, with plenty of streaming options available. I might note that the master bedroom, downstairs, has one of those sort of open-plan bathrooms, with no door to close it off from the bedroom. It's a big bathroom, and the toilet is secluded behind a half-partition and the shower has its curtain, but it is otherwise open. There is a powder room just a few steps away, in the hall.

Perfect place for rest & relaxation

If you're looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing escape, then this place is it! It has a small-town, country setting but with modern conveniences nearby. Although, the kitchen was stocked very well with all the amenities…spices, dishes, glassware, etc…it felt like cooking in my own kitchen. From the moment I drove into the private driveway, all my worries were gone as I took in the well-kept and beautiful landscape. The home was the perfect size for our group of 11 (4 kids and 7 adults). There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out, and on the occasion when anyone wanted to escape the group, there were many rooms to provide “alone” time. When we weren’t out exploring nearby Sheboygan or Lake Michigan, the property had plenty of games and toys for both adults and kids to keep us entertained. Tyler was communicative and very helpful with any questions I had prior to our stay. He reached out to make sure everything was going well during our stay. He provided clear rules and expectations, nothing out of the ordinary. The guide he put together was helpful and assisted us in exploring the area. Overall, not one complaint from anyone. We all agree that this was the best stay we had from all our VRBO rentals. If we are to visit, this would be our go-to! Thank you for a memorable stay and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Fall getaway

Great place to get away and relax and enjoy fall weather. House has everything you could need for the family. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of entertainment options and just 12 minutes from things to do around the area. Very close for golfers as well. Really enjoyed our time and the home.

Magical

I cannot recommend this property enough. The home is incredible and every detail has been well thought out. And the property is GORGEOUS! I am already daydreaming of returning. This was the perfect venue for our small family gathering which included two young kids, two teens, and parents. Everyone was happy!

Girls Trip

We were looking for a place nearby that was big enough to house 6-8 adults comfortably. There are plenty of beds so we didn't have to share. And there was a nice kitchen area where we spent most of our time chatting and gathering. Just wanted a quiet place to get away and spend time with high school girlfriends - it was great!

Girlfriend weekend

Great accommodations for everyone! Beautiful weekend to enjoy the backyard! We all enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and comfortable chairs outdoors! Played games, cooked a lot in the fabulous kitchen and slept well ! This place was amazing from the small details to the overall luxury accommodations! You will not be disappointed!
