Extremely friendly staff. Decent hotel at a reasonable price. Good location, near the lake. Average breakfast, but 24 hour coffee in lobby. No on-site fitness center.
It served its purpose and would likely stay again.

We spent several days on a fishing trip and were out of the motel for most of the days but breakfast started on time and was more than adequate. Room was quiet and comfortable. Lots of places to eat , shop, or see in the area.

Quiet, convenient, clean hotel.
Stayed at this hotel years ago, and it was a little run down. They have really cleaned the place up nice now, new paint, tile, cleaned up really nice. I will stay there again when in the area.

Great price and stay!
Very nice and the price is right if you’re going to a show at the Civic Center. The area is very walkable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Besides no pool. I felt this was a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we had to stay in the area again, even without the pool if need be they will be a top choice.

Quite a bit of updating occurred and the hotel is looking great! Convenient downtown location in historic area of Manitowoc, with a short walk to get to the submarine, Maritime museum, car ferry, river walk and lakefront.

My wife and i decided to stay in Manitowoc before continuing to a Green Bay Packer game. We found the Days Inn to be a clean, quietly comfortable inn staffed by very friendly, professional people. The Inn was located in a safe, quiet section of downtown within walking distance ofseveral good restaurants, breweries (Petskull, Craft Creek), and the Maritime Museum (walking tour of WWII submarine was awesome)..
