I stay here a couple times a year, I love the friendly staff the convenient location. The kitchens are a huge benefit for me. I love the Balcones and the views.

We recently booked a stay at Pan Pacific Vancouver for my parents, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. They couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the hotel is from the elegant interiors to the relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most was the stunning view. They loved waking up to breathtaking views of both the sea and the city it truly made their stay extra special. They also mentioned how comfortable and enjoyable everything was during their visit. From the rooms to the overall ambiance, everything exceeded their expectations. Overall, they really enjoyed their stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful place with amazing views in Vancouver!

Nice hotel/condo. Convenient location, lots of services and good nearby. Clean rooms and spacious. My only complaint is one of the elevators was out of service which caused major delays getting to and from our room on the 7th floor.

It was a terrific stay here. The location is excellent, and the hospitality and service were very good. The reception staff are all very approachable. I will definitely come back. It was well worth the price.

OK to start. I was greatly impressed with the front door service offering me help with my bags and valet parking. Also they upgraded my room to a suite. Absolutely will be back. Highly recommend staying here if you get a chance.
