Your Shawano adventure begins at this delightful 5-bedroom house on beautiful Shawano lake. Private dock and sandy swim area for the kids. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a open concept atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. With 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, 2 queen beds, and 3 sets of bunk beds, there's plenty of space for all of your family to relax and recharge. The house features modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, dryer, and fireplace, all ensuring a comfortable stay. After a day of swim or exploring, you can freshen up in one of the 2 bathrooms, complete with 2 showers and a jetted bathtub. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind and relax at our beautiful lakehouse.
Grill outside or sit near the campfire, there are board games and a pool table.
Sit on the porch, enjoy a beautiful sunrise or a warm evening with a cocktail. Stand on the dock with your fishing pole ready to catch pan fish, Northern, bass or others. Enjoy the lake views with heron, swans, and an occasional Pelican. There are jet ski and pontoon rentals nearby. (12 minute walk )
A short 5 minute drive will take you into Shawano for farmers market, shops etc.
35 minutes drive to Green Bay's Lambeau field. 38 minutes to Austin Straubel Intl. Airport.

We had a lovely time in the cute cottage on Shawano Lake. We had everything we needed for a great family get together. We enjoyed fishing, boating (rented), and a bonfire. Highly recommend for a large group.

The Merchant Quarters is stunning. The decor and attention to detail are top notch. It was meticulously clean, had really comfortable mattresses, extra pillows, robes...it was like staying in a five star hotel.The welcome gifts were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to start out on a positive note. This lake house was once a beautiful home. The layout and the views are ideal. I tried to reach out to the owner prior to this review but was denied. The property manager is what is lacking. And it’s unfortunate I had to write a bad review. I’ve never written a bad review in my life. The interior appeared clean with newer finishings. Minus a little mold in the master bath. The exterior was full of leaves and cobwebs. I cleaned it up on my arrival. And hours later a lawn maintenance crew member came and blew what leaves I missed into the huge pile of leaves along the side of the house. There is a six hour window in between bookings so that guests are not disturbed by this. But the schedule must have been off that day. This practice of not clearing the leaves appeared to be the norm given the amount of debri. The night we came home from a wedding reception 2 cockroaches were on the counter. And three more were found that night. We spent around 300 a night not including fees and thought this was unacceptable. My family lives in this area and told me it could have been avoided if properly maintained. The hostess denied my host fees be returned and informed me my review would be deleted if I spoke against this property. I feel like people have the right to know what happened. I’m adding photos of the neglect.
