空調不能控制是致命傷，冬天不會入住！

空調是中央控制的，房內只有供暖，異常悶熱，要關掉空調開窗讓空氣流通，感覺很難受。 第二天打掃房間沒有補充沐浴液，致使第二晚要用肥皂洗澡，非常不便。

The Primus residence Shanghai Hongqiao This hotel was awesome clean the bed was to die for. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English which I do know basic Chinese. One thing no shuttle to Shanghai Pudong international airport. Only shuttle to Hongqiao airport which was perfect for me. xie xie Ni

遠離市區，周邊還在開發中，超市食家都很少，只適合休閒出門，趕行程看景點的話不太方便，雖然有地鐵在附近，不過從地鐵走到酒店也要二十分鐘左右

You could not ask for a better facility to stay in Shanghai. I would return to this hotel complex any time I travel to China. The restaurants were excellent and the food was fantastic. The people at this hotel were so very helpful in every aspect of my visit. I would recommend this hotel or the other hotels associated with the Primus to anyone traveling to Shanghail.
