「Very beautiful historic property with great views & location. On negative side -large airy village units only have warmish water not hot - village units outdoor showers had waist high weeds - supper menus are 5 course set menus that are repeated & are expensive for quality - restaurant staff lacking management & training - receptionists could do hostessing/oversight at meal times & spot checks on housekeeping/condition of units and gardens to support and train staff but do not - lack of comfy...

「Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. All the meals in The Lodge were high quality and delicious. Lots of food, drink and amazing safari experience! 」

「Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...
