沙面島のアパートスタイルホテル

「到着後フロントにて、３連泊のうち最初の1泊で部屋を変えてほしいと言われました。 通された部屋は、ハズレの三ツ星です。部屋は掃除が行き届いておらず、窓は手垢で外が見えないほど。入ってすぐに大きな水槽があり、真っ赤な魚がたくさんいて、全部がこちらを見ていて不気味。ロフトへの階段は斜めに傾いで上り下りするたびギシギシいう。シャワーは壊れていて、水漏れ、お湯が出ませんでした。深夜に到着して、その日は諦めてふて寝しました。翌日シャワーが使えなかった旨を伝えた上で、部屋移動。今度は当たりの三ツ星です。部屋はサイトでみた写真のまま。そこそこ清潔感もあり。ロフトへの階段は大理石。同じホテルなのに部屋によってここまで違うかという不思議な体験でした。後半の部屋ならまた利用しても良いですが、前半の部屋は二度と泊まりたくないです。」

「The hotel location is convenient; however, it is very difficult to find out which apartment that I made reservations. There are 4 different apartments in the same address. Also, the hotel room is not clean. Laundry is only washer no dryer. I wouldn’t complain since the hotel price is good.」

「Staffs accommodated my requests with smile every time. Room itself is very clean and well maintained. Only problem is Wifi because you need to have a local phone for verification. This is the only unfriendly part of the stay, you can ask them to connect using their phone, though.」

「This apartment hotel is in a great location. It’s only a few minutes walking distance away from Beijing Pedestrian Road. Subway station is close by and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is decent size.」

「This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard.」

「The location is convinient to public transportation. The room is OK. The staff responded quickly to our requests. I will defnitely rebook if we will go back to Guangzhou again. 」

「I do not recommend this place. I booked it because the price relative to the room size was attractive, but wasn't worth it. First - the management tried to give me a room that's a lower standard than the room in the pictures. After requesting to leave the hotel they showed me few other rooms and ended admitting the room in the picture doesn't exist so I put me in a slightly better room.
