「We enjoyed our visit very much! Nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Short walk to the laundry and pool. We saw a beautiful sunset out the back patio. Towels and soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. Parking was just outside the condo, very close. Everything we needed and wanted was a short drive away. Overall, a great stay! 」

「We have stayed in Navarre many times and love it. This is the second time in Summerwind. This unit was very nice, the 10th floor view was great. The beach chair and umbrella really sealed the deal for my wife. We have already told others about our experience. I'm sure we'll go again, hopefully, we can get the same unit.」

「This property was right on the waterfront and is an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all except the previous tenants did not take out the trash. Beach chairs were not included with the rental, but it was very easy to get chairs rented. I definitely recommend the stay 」

「Always great to be walking distance from the Baytown area. Lots of shopping on grand boulevard and restaurants all close by. Pool at this resort is the best. Room was the perfect size and had everything and a few extra nice touches of things needed while we stayed. 」
