The wifi worked well but I actually got better speed with 5G cellular. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything needed to cook meals. The two bedroom apartment on the top floor was a perfect place to reconnect with our adult son - the very large living room separates the two bedrooms. I wish I could move here! The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked although we didn't use it as so many good restaurants are close by.
