「Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si è mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta.」

「Lovely property close to the sea and lots of restaurants. Quirky in that the accomodations is split by an interior bridge/terrace. The terrace while covered was far from dry. A storm blew in and it was an interesting(wet) walk to the side with the shower. I hope to return soon. 」

「Our experience in Velletri could not have been better. It was fabulous! We’ve been staying in apartments in Italy since 1998, and our experience here ranks with the very best. From check-in to check-out, Cinzia and her helpers were extremely generous with their time. The pictures of the apartment on the VRBO webpage do not represent how wonderful it actually is. We stayed here only five nights, but we would have been conformable for five months or more! Everything was perfect for a long term...

「It was our first visit to Italy from Canada. Would recommend 100%. Owners were amazing to deal with. Responded to any questions in a very timely manner. Casa Relax location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, train station and the beach/marina. All were within a 10 minute or less walk. Casa Relax had everything you needed to feel at home.」

「Ottimo appartamento situato nel centro di Velletri, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. Ottima pulizia e curato nei minimi dettagli con anche macchinetta del caffè,capsule e varii stuzzichini. Bellissima sorpresa arrivare e trovare l'appartamento già fresco e con un ottima...
