"Review Coco Reef Resort My adult daughter and I stayed 7 nights at this beautifully located beachside hotel. Its greatest strengths are the spectacular ocean views, lovely private beach and abundance of sunbeds, meaning it never felt crowded. The beach also connects seamlessly with Elbow Beach and Coral Beach, making for wonderful daily walks. The swimming pool looked inviting, although the water was still too cool for us in April. Staff in the dining room and bar were friendly and polite, and the local lady who cleaned our room was excellent throughout. Sadly, Reception fell far below the standard expected at a hotel of this price. At 79 years old, I was curtly told there was nobody available to help with our heavy luggage to and from Block 4, the hotel’s furthest building. We eventually found, loaded and pushed a trolley ourselves up the slope to Reception. Despite a 3pm check-in, our room was not ready until 6pm, yet no apology, refreshments, beach towels or goodwill gesture were offered. What made this particularly difficult to excuse was seeing the same older Receptionist later leave Reception unmanned to personally chauffeur two young, fit male journalists around the hotel buggy during King Charles’ visit, laughing and joking as she escorted them to their rooms. That contrast in treatment sadly marred what could otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay."

"Get the food dinner package. It was amazing!..rooms dated but clean. Lots of stairs from rooms to beach, I counted 135 stairs. Gorgeous property and views. There is a free shuttle to get you to your room to main Lobby if needed. Car rental in sight, a bit expensive, but worth it if you want to explore hidden beaches and areas. Staff are amazing!! Shout out to waitress Ilene and to Terry the host of ocean grill. The staff and food makes up for the property being a bit dated."

"Great spot and central to what I needed/wanted to access"

"This is a small but functional unit in a good location. There is a private beach 124 steps down and it is beautiful and worth the steps! There were 4 restaurants that we could easy walk to and all were good, but surprisingly, Boundaries, at the golf course, was our favorite. We both run and being able to access the railway trail about a half mile away was great. The bus stop is literally a few steps away, which was convenient. There is some traffic noise but turning the AC fan on takes care of that. Wendell, Xenia, and Jasmine were all so welcoming! Wendell was a great and informative host, Xenia was so nice, and Jasmine was wonderful to chat with on our trips to and from the airport. I am really happy with this choice. It wasn't fancy, but it was an affordable home base for a trip to a very pricey island."

"This lovely apartment was perfect for our getaway and my birthday. Conveniently located to several restaurants, gorgeous beaches, and golf courses, it had everything we needed. The host, Ms. Claudette was wonderful and communicated when needed, helped with check-in, and responded to our questions quickly. She even arranged for airport transportation. We hope to make a return trip!"

"Our stay in this beautiful villa overlooking Horseshoe Bay was fantastic. Jess was an incredible host and stayed highly responsive throughout our trip. Her local recommendations were spot on, including a reliable taxi driver who seamlessly accommodated our group of eight and Pat, who prepared a delicious meal and served us in style at the villa. If you book, do not miss the carrot cake - it was a highlight of the night! We had a lovely time and highly recommend this spot."

"The pictures dont do it justice. Looking up from the center of horshshoe bay this is the house you see! Jess was so kind and quick to help us with a couple small questions. The walk to the beach was fine for the adults but the kids were pretty burnt out after day 3 walking back up the hill, lucky a 9 dollar cab ride was right there. In fact a lot of the taxis hang out at the club house so grabbing a ride was always 2 mins away. Loved it"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Princess. The staff was great particularly at the Intrepid restaurant which in our opinion is amongst the very best on the Island. Ashley and the restaurant Manager were delightful. We highly recommend it."
