「As always a memorable and relaxing trip. Love the views, the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Rooms could use some sprucing up. Just wish they would give 2 bottles of water daily. This year the "jug" water which was available on property did not taste great. 」
「Everything about this property is exquisite. Gorgeous views everywhere you look, staff that are amazing and attentive, food that is delicious but a bit pricey, and super quiet and relaxing.
The bedroom was so comfortable and if we had one piece of constructive feedback we would say it would be to have complete partitions between our room garden and the nearby rooms and suites.

No restaurant iniside the hotel, staff stays 8 a.m. - night, breakfast is simple continental style (just Pastries, Muffins, Yogurt, tea & coffee) which is not prepared around 7 a.m. yet and not served additionally i.e. nothing around 9 a.m..

「This hotel was excelent. The room was modern and gorgeous. Complimentary wine tasted very nice. I syated here in December, so there were a few guests that also attributed to nice and calm atmosphere.
If I had another opportunity to visit Bermuda again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.」
「This was our 2nd stay, nice to see all the work they have done. We only ate breakfast at Grotto Bay, which was really good. The beach at Grotto bay is phenomonal, staff very nice! Grounds really well kept. Rooms are very clean but alittle dated. Overral really enjoyed our stay!」
