Seville is a beautiful and very special city, don't ruin your stay by staying in this flat.
We did not hear from them after numerous attempts, until 11am on our day of arrival which created much anxiety.
The flat is at the end of an alley that is full of garbage and uncomfortable entering at night. When we met the staff member there our first day, some questionables had their car parked in the alley and were smoking pot. When we entered the courtyard, and throughout our stay, it smelled of open sewer. As we were leaving on our last day, staff was mopping up with a very heavy perfumey substance to cover the smell.
When we entered the flat, we thought it was spacious but "decorated" with a mish-mash of thrift store oddities. The bedroom pocket door did not close so it was hard to keep the room cool. There were 4 or 5 tall stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom not shown in the pictures which have to be navigated without a handrail which was quite difficult at night and VERY DANGEROUS after the a/c was leaking all over the stairs and floor which caused me to slip and almost fall. The a/c in the living area also leaked large pools all over the floor. When we contacted them to complain, they told us it had not been reported before, rather than "We're very sorry we will send maintenance" Shes trying to charge us forlocksmithwhenweleftkeys!
