    Completely renovated, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room (with 1 sofa bed), and a spacious private terrace. It features a sun deck and a dining area.

    It’s very centrally located, and within a 15-minute walk, you can explore the entire historic center of Seville (the largest in Spain and one of the three largest in Europe, alongside Venice and Genoa).

    There is a wide range of services and leisure options nearby.

    The space
    is located on a very quiet street, in a very quiet building. Ideal for relaxing.

    The apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator. It has been recently renovated and features laminate flooring. It has air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans in every room. It’s very bright, thanks to its large windows.

    It has one double bedroom (135x195 bed) and another bedroom with two beds (90x200 beds), in the spacious living room there is an area with two sofa beds, featuring comfortable mattresses (90x200), and there is also a TV area in the living room.

    The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped.

    You’ll enjoy a spacious private terrace, which features a sun deck and a designer shower, or you can eat and chat in the dining area.

    We have a crib and high chair available for babies upon request.
