We loved the property and location however, just a few minor things were in disrepair. For instance the TV did not work and the dishwasher leaked. We alerted the property manager and they assured us this would be fixed. The bed was very comfortable and overall the place was exactly what we expected. The rooftop terrace was a nice treat. We would recommend this property and would also return ourselves. Communication with the host was efficient and polite.

O local é de difícil acesso para quem está de carro, pois as ruas são muito estreitas, mas a propriedade me si é boa, com restaurantes e pontos turísticos pertos.

Muy bonito, es como un patio andaluz, luego el tema de la piscina es maravilloso, aunque estaba un poco sucia. En general, todo limpio y muy adecuado, con nevera, aire acondicionado estupendo, la cama muy cómoda. Buenas instalaciones.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to everything! The only thing I would change is the loft bed can be a bit squeaky. But we would totally stay there again!!

Great location, ideal if you are a tourist that wants to walk around, sightseeing and enjoying great food. Apartment was spacious. We incurred several issues with our stay...of course, things happen & sometimes can't be avoided- but when multiple things go wrong, it is cause for concern. Highlight of issues we encountered. 1. Check in, bag drop off was quite challenging...the office is several minutes away from the apartment, and since we weren't informed prior - it created a huge hassle to drag the baggage over to ther storage location & back from office to apartment later in the day. 2. Apartment was promised to be ready at 3 pm. We go to apartment at 315 pm, and it is a total mess...dirty dishes, dirty linens etc...office told us staff was busy, hence the delay. Not professional or acceptable. 3. Communication via WhatsApp and expedia app was difficult & slow...we were told it was issues on Expedia side - but did not encounter these at any other locations in Spain or Portugal during our stay. 4. Internet issues - again, it took several tries before issues were resolved. 5. Door signal issues - error several times when trying to open door...waiting few minutes before able to go in. 6.Someone entered the premises without giving us notice or asking permission during our stay...at first they told us no one had entered the premises, then admitted otherwise. 6 Safe wouldn't work, and wasn't bolted down 7. Toilet flush button loose -needs repair 8. No Gold VIP recognition

The room matched the photos exactly, and the location is very central, with all key areas within easy walking distance. However, the check-in process could have been smoother. Although check-in officially opens at 3:00 pm, we weren’t able to access the room until 3:40 pm because it was still being prepared. Additionally, the luggage storage service charges a fee based on the size and number of bags, which I found unusual, as this has typically been complimentary at other hotels. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Apartment was pleasant enough and in a good location for walking around Seville. A couple of things needed attention like the hairdryer and toilet flush. Unfortunately the bathroom was a fully adapted accessible bathroom, but the online listing did not specify the room as an accessible room. If it had I would not have booked it, so disappointed with that.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. Great communication and there was a laundry. Pool was nice. The area is quiet but very walkable to everything. We will stay here again.
