amazing place, walking distance to historic Seville downtown, my room with a small patio was stunning, i could walk to everything very close by, the pool, view and the bar was wow, highly recommended, I can't wait to go back

This is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately we had a couple of problems with the first room, however once we spoke to the front desk manager, he moved us to another room. He is a 5 star manager. He showed us great kindness and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you
