Situated on the main floor with elevator (currently out of service), this pleasant apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a small independent room with two single sofa beds. It has been designed to offer a comfortable, functional stay with authentic Sevillian style.

The bedroom is interior, quiet, with a small inner patio, and includes two single beds (90x190 cm). There is also an independent room with two single sofa beds (90x190 cm), providing extra privacy, ideal for families or couples traveling together.

The living room is bright and cozy, equipped with a flat-screen TV, central air conditioning, heating, and high-speed WiFi. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The bathroom with shower includes a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap so you can feel at home during both short and long stays.

Access is easy and fully self-check-in, as you can enter both the building and the apartment using a digital code, with no need for keys.

On the top floor, you can enjoy a pleasant shared area with a rooftop terrace, a small plunge pool, and an outdoor shower, as well as a viewpoint with incredible panoramic views of Seville, exclusively for guests staying in the building.
