Air conditioning was slow in the beginning and took like 4-5 hrs to cool down but the receptionist was very kind. She offered to see if any other room was better. Breakfast was very simple. Not much to choose, only bread. Other than that. Very good for the price. Very good people and easy to travel. Very close to bus stop. Would recommend. The room is spacious and has a good kitchen inside.

Very worthwell with money

It is a bit away from Sevilla center, but bus stop only 5 mins by foot. There are two direct buses to the centre and bus station, which make it convenient for us. We only stay 2 nights. We wish we could stay one more night. There are so many to see in Sevilla. The hotel is bit old but very clean. We have no complaints. Plus the room is spacious with kitchen to cook basic food. Supermarket nearby by foot. We had nice stay there.

Save $$$$$ here

This was an outstanding stay front the minute we arrived. We opened the door to a bright, spacious, spotless mini apartment. Anything’s needed like a corkscrew was happily provided t the front desk. The breakfast was plentiful wit choices of coffee, juices breads pastries cheese meats and toaster. Housekeeping was outstanding allowing us to return to a spotless room every evening. We saved a forte by staying here and easily took the #3 but thee d of the street straight to the historic city centre for less than £2

the bus ( 5 min walk). I guess the company or building is doing some renovations so it was loud on a Sunday. You are by train/metro 10 mins away from the old Sevilla area. I would come back no later than 7pm since I was already tired. There are many options to eat and a little grocery shop down the street. The building is pretty outdated but since I know slept, then it met it’s purpose.

The property is spacious and you can also cook inside the apartment as it has a fridge also, the freezer doesn’t work that well though. The breakfast options are very limited and the housekeeping is ok as long as you tell them what you would like them to clean. The tv is outdated as it mainly has Spanish channels and it is not a smart tv so you can’t watch Netflix or YouTube and it also takes a while turn on with the remote. The room has good Air conditioning.

The breakfast menu was ok but limited to just continental. There isn't enough option. Should include fruits and a cooked breakfast for those who prefer it. Should also cater for dietary requirements such as alergies, celiac disease and diabetes. For example, I try to avoid a high carbohydrate diet because I am borderline diabetic, so I eat mostly fruits, eggs, bacon, fresh meat sausages, beans and vegetables but I felt like I wasn't given that choice. There's always room for improvement.

You get what you pay for! Not good

We had to ask for something to boil water in as no kettle! Very limited cutlery and crockery. Not v clean. Noisy drunk wandering corridors in middle of night - trying all doors. A long way from central Seville, good bus service during the day - taxi for coming home.

Personnel a l'accueil parle Français . La chambre conforme a l'annonce. On peut se garer dans la rue ou a un parking a une centaine de mètres en faisant un petit détour pour y arriver, mais accessible facilement a pied. Un ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. tout était parfait.
