Welcome to The Manor @ Smoky Mountains Estate! This amazing estate offers a manor house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wifi, theater room, game room, large outdoor areas with seating, hot tub, an EV Charger and expansive estate grounds sitting on 27 acres of private property and featuring a multitude of amenities!
The estate grounds feature a large lake where you have the use of a paddle boat. You can even feed the fish while taking a stroll on the trail around the lake or enjoy a bit of catch-and-release - (bring your own fishing gear)
There are many activities available around the estate, including a tennis court that can also be used for pickle ball and basket ball, frisbee golf, garden chess, corn hole game, outdoor ten pin bowling, a sandbox for the kids and vast areas to take a walk or go for a run in your very own secluded, private space.
The estate is located in the beautiful gated Shagbark Resort, just a few miles from all the attractions and the National Park.

Please Note: There is a Caretaker living on the estate premises. This is separate from The Manor, but will be able to assist with emergencies/issues.
The Manor House:
Main Level:
The main level features the living room, kitchen, dining, 1 bedroom (sunroom) and access to the outdoor patios and estate grounds.
The living room offers comfortable seating, HDTV, a 2-sided gas fireplace and large windows overlooking the estate grounds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and offers seating for 5 at the counter. The dining room table seats 8 and there are 2 bar tables, each offering 3 seats.
The "sunroom" bedroom on this level is located just off the kitchen and has access to the outdoor patio area.
The outdoor area can be access through the front door, dining room and the bedroom.
Stepping out back through the dining room, you will find tables with seating, a gas grill and a soothing hot tub under the trees.
To the side of the house there are more tables and chairs, a gas fire pit and string lights, making this area ideal for evening dining.
Upper Level:
The upper level features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and the laundry closet.
The 1st bedroom (to the left) offers a king bed, sleeper sofa, HDTV and a private full bathroom with shower.
The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and shares the hall bathroom with shower.
The 3rd bedroom is a master suite with king bed, futon, HDTV, access to private balcony with seating and views of the estate and a private full bath with walk-in shower and a roman soaker tub.
The laundry closet is located in the hallway as you come up the stairs.
Lower Level:
The lower level features a home theater, game room, 1 enclosed bedroom, a full bathroom, a bunk sleeping area, and access to a patio.
The home theater features 8 powered reclining leather chairs, a large HDTV and streaming service.
The game room offers 2 racing arcade games, pool table, fridge, bar tables with seating for 6.
The bedroom features a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk and a private full bath with shower.
The bunk sleeping area has 2 bedroom arrangements:
- The 1st has 2 triple twin bunks with access to the patio area with seating.
- The 2nd has a queen bunk and a triple twin bunk.
The patio area offers seating and access to the rest of the estate grounds.
Estate Activities:
- 27 acres of private estate grounds and no neighbors in sight.
- Tennis court / basketball court/ pickle ball court

- Large 20ft x 10ft sandbox for kids
