Family Grinch party

Children and grandchildren had the best time at the beautiful cabin. Very spacious. Decorated for Christmas. Pool and hot tub was such a highlight! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect!

Listing was very accurate. Very clean and lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Pool was a huge hit. Gave us something to do on a rainy day. Very easy commute into pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. My family all said they would choose it again!

Great stay

The cabin was perfect for our family stay. We will be back. We really enjoyed the cabin and the kids loved the pool. Even the bears met us when we got there and then gave us a farewell as we left. We will for sure be back.

Not Clean & Air/Heat

This house is nice, with the exception of the air is on a timer and set on 73 and you cannot go below 70. The timer goes back off at midnight so when you wake up in June it is 75 degrees in the house. If you want clean, you’re not going to get it here. Mold on furniture and doors of basement where the pool is. Overall just not clean from the covers, linens, bathrooms etc. The towels are very old torn, you get 2 per bathroom. The master bedroom/bath on main level doesn’t have a closet to hang clothes. In a review at the location a guest noted in July 2023 that the coffee pot was broken. We stayed in June 2024, it is still broken. House is not kept up well at all. We’ve stayed many places and never left bad reviews, but we do like cleanliness so I’m mainly leaving this review for others that are looking for clean and kept up homes.

spectacular

I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was really beautiful beautiful views we actually saw beer. The pool was great. The only thing I didn’t like about the pool that the little waterfall in the pool didn’t work, but that’s just so minor. It didn’t really take away from the joy of the pool. The hot tub was great. I love the fact that everyone had their own room and bathroom we were able to blend as a family I loved everything about this cabin I can’t wait to visit again.

Family vacation 2023

We were very impressed with the view and Shaun was always available for any concerns we had. Our family really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We would recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg.

Cabin in the Mountains

Very nice house with an indoor pool and hot tub. Close to Pigeon Forge and other attractions. I would highly recommend this house for a large family or group.

Appalachian

With snow/ice we couldn’t make it to the cabin day 1 had to get hotel. Not thrilled they don’t have people to clear roads! Hot tub didn’t work first day but they fixed, towels cheap and very worn out. overall nice and enjoyed it!

Outstanding Property Close To Town

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our family vacation / Christmas getaway. Shaun's property was exactly as described and provided many amenities to entertain, including the outstanding indoor saline pool! The views were spectacular and made you feel as though you were completely isolated, all the while only a short 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. We recommend this property to any large group searching for a mountain hideaway!

Loved it!

Our family of 10 loved the cabin. The rain kept us indoors most of the time, but there was plenty of room to spread out. We played board games, swam and visited. We have stayed at several cabins with indoor pools, but this was the best one ever! We hated to leave. Thanks for wonderful memories. And thanks to Shaun for his quick response to our needs.

Gorgeous cabin and beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was so beautiful inside and out! Very clean, well kept and made us feel right at home. The balcony views are like nothing else. I would definitely stay again!

Had a blast!

Stay was great. Property was as described. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area. House was gorgeous and still gave you the cabin vibe with modern updates. View was absolutely amazing. I like that neighbors were not too close, so that you werent disturbing each orher. Very hard to find cons about this house but If I had to mention cons a few would be I wish the pool was heated, alarm did not work with instructions provided, and master bedroom closet was locked so there was no dedicated space with a closed door to place our suitcases and hang clothing.

Great family getaway

The home was beautiful! Nothing beats morning coffee on the deck with a amazing sunrise. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub! We even saw a bear one evening. Climbing the mountain was a trip but once you got there is was paradise.

Great house for families

This house was a great house for our family getaway we had an amazing time ,the house is clean as was the pool and Jacuzzi the only thing that was a downfall was having to bring your own pool towels( extra weight in suitcase 😫) and supplies if you are a family that cooks ( spices, dish soap, sponges, laundry pods , dishwasher pods, foil, plastic wrap , oil, vinegar , salt , pepper) thank God for Instacart !! Otherwise all was fantastic! Would definitely visit again

Fantastic Mountain View cabin for large family, but with some drawbacks

Super steep road in the rain made getting to the place a little testy (wouldn’t want to do that in icy conditions). But at the top was a beautiful spacious mountain cabin for a large family with spectacular vistas. Amenities and the extras were pretty great with a few exceptions. The pull out beds were very terrible to sleep on…enough for my 5 year old to prefer the couch instead. The pool area has no windows and doesn’t ventilate well, so the patio furniture cushions were moldy smelling… enough to make 2 of our guests unable to go down the stairs. There were plenty of towels, but they were very thin and the distribution could have been better… only 2 located in bathroom next to a 4 person bunkbed. A few items need to be washed more often: the blankets for the pullout beds needed to be washed before we could use it as it smelled like a dog with dog hair on it. One guest got chigger bites on her legs where she placed the decorative pillow shams pillows between her legs at night. The porches overlooking the mountains was the best part of the cabin. Bed mattress were pretty decent for a rental. Game room and pool area was a major hit for the kids. A few minor changes, and this would be a spectacular property.

Great View and Nice Area

We arrived around 6pm and it was all ready for us for our 7 day vacation. It was a beautiful view and had a great are for the jacuzzi and indoor pool. The space was accommodating for our party of 7 which gave everyone their own rooms and our own bathrooms. We did notice some things could have been cleaner. We wiped up a small spill on the floor and it was black. But overall it was a comfortable stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Cabin very roomy. Kids really enjoyed game room and pool. The view is gorgeous. Porch is perfect spot for early morning coffee. Located just minutes from town.

Time with the girls

Large and comfortable home, amazing views, perfect time with friends! Coffee or beverages on the back porch with beautiful scenery was one of the best parts of our getaway! The pool and hot tub were a great way to spend a rainy day in the mountains!
