This amazing, river side condominium in the heart of Pigeon Forge will provide you and your family the best of everything in the Smokies! Enjoy the stunning mountain views above, and Little Pigeon River below. Take a dip in the pool, or soak in the adjoining hot tub in the summer, and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the fall and winter. Take in a game of pool in the gameroom, or work off those pancakes in the workout room. River Place offers a nearby elevator, so you don’t have to lug all of those suitcases and groceries up and down stairs!

River Place is a short walk to the Iron Forge Brewery. Less than one mile from the Parkway, River Place guests will enjoy tranquility and quiet, while being very close to attractions. The Apple Barn is but a short distance way, where guests can catch the trolley to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and even Gatlinburg. No fighting traffic and paying for parking!

River Place comfortably sleeps six (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa). The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. New smart TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo.

Nice, clean, cozy condo. Our family enjoyed our stay and felt like we were at home. My only complaint would be that the game room is in a separate building, and not in the condo itself. We thought from the pictures that it was a part of the condo. The pool sticks were all broken so we were not able to play pool like how the kids had anticipated. Just a minor set back, but we entertained them with other games. There are some house rules, but that's understandable. Be wary of the tenants directly above the condo though- there were extremely loud (heavy footsteps, dropping/moving things, running) throughout our entire stay.

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the balcony that faces the river. It was so relaxing. The only downfall- the host asks the for air not to be turned down below 75. We were comfortable for our stay, because it was cold. We will not be able to stay here during the summer.

Great Location. This location has the best of both worlds as it feels remote but really close to everything. While I am not a big fan of carpet this unit was clean with normal wear and tear. The beds were comfortable and it was super quiet. I would never stay in a hotel when you could get a condo for the same price point. I definitely recommend the brewery down the road (you could walk) and Seasons 101 restaurant. We were about 15-20 minutes from Dollywood and 30-45 from Gatlinburg. So much to do in the area. I would stay here again.

Condo was so nice and comfortable. Just what we needed for a girls weekend away in the mountains. So close to everything/easy to get to and find. Only idea would be to add a step stool or handicap bars in the master bath jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Thank you again for a nice, clean beautiful view condo!!

Great location, very quite and easy access to condo. This is our 2nd time to rent this one.The only thing I would like to see done better is cleaning and new sheets. Night table glass and wood tops very dirty had not been wipe or windex. Toliet in master seat was almost off. My husband found screw drivers in laundry room and tighten it down. Toliet had black ring around the top not brushed in along time. Shower head in master if you turn off to far it is stripped and drips all day. So you have to make sure you stop turning all the way to keep from dripping.

Comfortable condo and well stocked. Carpet has many stains. Game room that was advertised doesn’t fit test of property. Dirty and game pieces broken.

Great morning coffee view

We had two adults and two children under 9 - it was great for us and in a very convenient spot. I enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning, overlooking the river and a mountainview. You can see The Island from the balcony and there is a brewery within walking distance and the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant (delicious), ice cream palor, candy shop and winery are just a couple minutes down the road, too. The one thing we were a tiny bit confused by was you have to leave the complex, cross the street (not a busy street), and walk to the backside of the condo complex to get to the pool. Not a huge deal, but we were a little confused by it. The pool was very nice, with a hot tub, baby pool and a good size regular pool that was less than 6' deep. Overall, great place to stay in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to friends /family and would stay here again.

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay and will def be back. We used the pool a lot. It was quiet and not crowded, especially for the 4th of July weekend. We used the gym and the sauna. Enjoyed some air hockey in the game room. It was nice and relaxing. Very close to everything! Just what our family needed!

Great place to stay near Smoky Mountains

This is a very nice condo conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Sevierville attractions and an easy driving distance to many parts of the Great Smoky Mountains national park. Access to the pool was a nice perk and it was never busy when I went. I also loved the Iron Forge brewery that's within walking distance.

The recliners did NOT recline most of the time we were there. One of them never reclined. The wall in the living room is in desperate need of painting due to numerous holes that have been patched up, but not painted over. The carpet in the living room has stains everywhere. In the master bathroom, there was hair on the wall of the shower. I was the first person to shower in that bathroom and I have a shaved head so I know it did not come from us!!!! This was by far the worst property we have ever stayed at when booking with VRBO. The location is PERFECT, but the condo unit fails in most ways. We will not stay at that property again and we sure would not recommend it to our friends and family. We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year, but this was one of the worst bookings.
