The Space:

The crisp mountain air greets you as you step onto the deck, and the soft glow of the indoor fireplace invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the Smokies. A gentle mist rolls over the hills while the hot tub steams, offering a private sanctuary where the world feels paused. Evening settles into a quiet hush, perfect for gathering around the gas fire pit while the outdoor theater projects a film against the twilight sky.



Outdoor Living

A private heated pool stays at least 80 °F from March 1 through January 7, and it can be opened by request in January and February for a $400 reservation fee. Adjacent to the pool are a hot tub, outdoor theater, outdoor kitchen with sink, and a gas BBQ grill. Sun loungers, comfortable seating, and a fire pit create multiple spots to relax under cool winter skies or warm summer evenings.



Sleeping Arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and stand‑up shower, and a streaming TV. Two additional guest rooms each hold a queen bed and a streaming TV. The game room offers two bunk beds in a twin‑over‑full configuration, providing sleeping space for up to six guests. In total the home offers seven beds, with room‑darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage for restful nights.



Game Room & Entertainment

The game room is stocked with a PlayStation 5, laser tag, billiards table, darts, air hockey, board games, a multi‑cade arcade system, and kids’ axe‑throwing. A dedicated workspace and a 65‑inch streaming TV in the living area support work or quiet downtime. Fast Wi‑Fi delivers 403 Mbps, and an Amazon Echo Show 15 with Bluetooth sound rounds out the entertainment options.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies. A dining table seats the whole group, and barbecue utensils are ready for outdoor cooking.



Family & Pet Friendly Features
