Gorgeous 3 bed, 2 bath condo on the river!

Beautiful top floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! All new furnishings throughout. A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have two 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the first floor for those who may need more than one unit. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to all types of activities. The condo was very roomy and clean. The only issue we had was that there was not a luggage cart to transport luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay again.

A Home away from home.

Our stay with Jim and Julie was very good. The view of the mountains was nice to look at. Our stay did not disappoint. After busy days at a conference it was great to relax. Some of our guests enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Great location!

We have stayed in this unit in the past, as well as others in this condo building, it’s such a great location to get to everything in the area! The view of the mountains from the balcony is also very nice. Kids love using the pool to cool off in after a long day.

Condo was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. We did not cook at the condo but there was plenty of dishes and utensils. I would recommend staying at this condo.

Spacious with a great view

We made a quick trip to TN to see the area. This location was convenient to all the attractions and restaurant’s but still quiet enough to enjoy the view from the balcony and the pool. Very spacious and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely stay again!
