Relax in the tranquility of this authentic log cabin! Sit on the porch or in the hot tub and take in the views of nature! The cabin has 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and open loft with two single beds, a full-size futon sofa, & pool table. Community pool avail after 5/28.

Spectrum High speed Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs will keep you connected during your stay in the mountains. Only 8 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and 4 miles to Soaky Mountain Waterpark!

The Cabin
Private and minutes from downtown with relaxing 4-6 person hot tub, pool table, a fully equipped kitchen and forest views.

The main floor features a bedroom, perfect for anyone who'd rather not climb stairs, the kitchen and dining room, a full size bathroom, and living room with gas fireplace. The upstairs features the second enclosed bedroom and full bathroom. The third bedroom is the open loft space with two built-in twin beds, a full-size sofa bed, and a pool table. The main level outdoor balcony is where the hot tub is located. The upstairs outdoor balcony provides beautiful views and a hammock for relaxation.

Wifi is appropriate for everyday use, but might have trouble if gaming, etc. Since the cabin is in the mountains there are occasional outages and disruptions. All TVs are Smart TVs and have streaming service.

Guest access
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note
The cabin is in the woods. You may see and hear critters.

Any underage guests in the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If you check out late, there will be a $50 fee.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided. Not pet friendly. Pets are restricted due to HOA restriction.

The Cozy Cabin is just what is claims to be - cozy. It was clean, well-furnished, and close to all of the activities. The property manager was wonderful and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to stay again. I would highly recommend this cabin to everyone!

This little cabin was perfect for our family of five. The location was off the beaten path enough to feel calming and relaxing, but near enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to get in on all the action when we wanted to.

Cozy Cabin was perfectly cozy but still spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. A short beautiful drive to all the area attractions. The neighborhood was quiet which is so welcoming after a day of tourist craze. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to visit again in the future.

Wanted somewhere to go for the week of spring break with our 3 kids and dog. Everything is as described. We all enjoyed our stay and the cabin. As listed we didn’t have any cell service while at the cabin. We was about 25 mins from the island of pigeon Ford and 48 mins from Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend!!!

I’m from Sevier County and stayed here for a couple days to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday. We were able to bring our dog which was a huge plus! The check in process was easy and cabin was clean upon arrival. The hot tub and pool table were great! The cabin location is perfect too. It’s a short drive to just about anything you’d want to do in the area, plus a nearby grocery store! You have to take trash offsite to a dumpster but it’s literally less than a minute drive. The owner sent instructions how to get there but we didn’t find it until the 2nd day. My only suggestion would be a map/diagram of how to get to the dumpsters. I highly recommend this cabin, coming from a local!

Space was decent for our family of 4 - 2 teens. Could use a deep cleaning and some attention to detail. Glass door was difficult to see thru all the grime left from past renters. Could use more outside seating to enjoy the deck. Kitchen chairs were wobbly. Overall okay stay for last minute reservation for spring break. “Cozy” was true to description. Two twin beds in loft could use upgraded mattresses.

The cabin was nice and clean. Our stay was great but the only concern I had is where to take the trash. The trash disposal is off site and the directions were sent to us by the host and was also located on the refrigerator, however we drove around for more than an hour on 2 separate occasions looking for it and still were not able to locate it. I would recommend either a metal locked trash can located at the cabin or a clearly marked drop off location with signage for people that are not familiar with the area. I highly recommend this cabin for the cost.

Property is in excellent location. Highly recommended for family. Owner is fantastic and get back to you over VRBO messages quickly (if you have any). Very good for family environment. Every thing listed works and cabin has taken care with much care. The only suggestion i have to give owner is to provided directions printed where in cabin wall to reach Garbage place to dispose garbage and also directions to reach highway. Cell phone does not work in this area. Owner did mentioned before well in advance, which helped us a lot and we took printed directions from/to to cabin. We don't drink or smoke, but we cook and like music. So for us place and location was fantastic. Will surely return back. Thank you owner.

The cabin was great, clean and spacious plenty of room to sleep. Only issue is the direction that the cabin is facing when you’re walking up to it to enter the door. Its very creepy and looks like you have to go through a alley when u first walk upon it. ( entrance is creepy to close to the woods on for a walk way) It was dark in that direction. And the fact that the Hot tub is located on the bottom around the corner from the entrance was pretty creepy. Because we felt like a bear or something could easily walk around to the side of the porch while we were in the hot tub. Could not enjoy the hot tub. It should have been on the upper level of the cabin away from the side of the porch. And the temperature did stay warm long enough. It got cool about less than 10 minutes after getting in. But overall the cabin is beautiful and we still enjoyed it. And the host was great communicating. Thanks.
