Inside, farmhouse charm and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming place to settle in. Stretch out on the plush living room seating, pull up your favorite movie using your own streaming account, or bring everyone together for a board game. There’s room for quiet moments and a little friendly competition.



The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in easy. Cook a favorite family recipe, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, or gather around the dining table for a meal that turns into a long conversation. With a place to cook, eat, and spend time together, you can make yourself at home.



Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens offer a cozy place to end the evening. The farmhouse accommodates up to seven guests and includes two bathrooms. WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and an updated water system add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Nearby Foxfire Adventure Park offers ziplining and hiking for those ready to explore outdoors. Great Smoky Mountains National Park adds hiking trails, scenic drives, and beautiful places to discover along the way.

Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for your stay. The farmhouse’s country location gives you a home base for exploring Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park at your own pace.



Plan to drive for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Allow extra travel time during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, particularly around the Parkway and downtown attractions.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise down and be considerate of our neighbors.

- The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for use.

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

- Streaming services are available using your own accounts.

- Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and all applicable laws during their stay.
