• Please be aware that guests can not operate the exterior awning above the deck. For your safety, do not attempt to pull, push, climb, or tamper with the awning in any way. Misuse may cause damage or potential injury.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.

As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! House rules
• At least one guest must be 25 years or older.
• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
• No Smoking
• Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No pets are allowed.
• No parties are allowed.
