Baseball Tournament

Location was great. Room was clean.Pool was cloudy. Mattress on sofa bed was super thin. Called front desk and they brought up a new mattress.

The experience was very good and the unit was spacious. Only complaint I’d say would be shower water pressure not real good and balcony view was completely blocked by trees in front of the balcony.

Great stay

Had a nice time, comfortable, upstairs footsteps were loud, thin floors ? Smoke detector was very sensitive, every time we cooked anything it went off, otherwise great !

A great resort

This resort is very clean, quiet and the location is awesome. We don't like to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge (the main drag of the Parkway) and this location is great. Just a little heads up . . . . if you don't need the wristbands (and we've never used them as we do not use the pool), don't TAKE em. That is where the sales ppl will ambush you and try to coerce you into listening to their sales presentation. Just take you room key and bolt for the door! They'll be calling your name but don't look back . . . . just keep walking. Aside from that, we'll stay here every time.

Nice clean room - close to everything

This property was great! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The condo was clean up to date and provided everything that you would need. The pool was a little bit of a walk but not too bad. The condo was far enough away to get out of the busy areas but close enough to get anywhere within a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helped navigate around traffic and high peek times. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.

Gatlinburg escape

Very comfortable property. All of the amenities we could ask for to have a relaxing, pleasant visit. A couple things to mention, however. Shower needed a good cleaning as grout looked dirty as if moldy. Also, we were not aware at booking this property was a time share location. So, starting at check-in, we received several messages about attending an informational meeting regarding buying into the time share. Even after telling them we had previously done a time share elsewhere that did not work out for many reasons, (mostly health so not much travel) we were not interested in joining one again. Had we known it was a time share and the calls/messages would be the case, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience

Overall we had great experience. The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. For the most part our room was clean. The bathtub had not been cleaned out, but that was the only issue we had the only time we were there.

Immaculate condo in the mountains

This place exceeded all expectations for our trip to Severville. Quiet, clean, and convenient to everything we were doing. 100% recommended staying here.

Always nice to stay here

Property is well maintained. The condos are clean and have everything we needed. The only complaint is the 3 or 4 step check in process. Took about an hour to check in.

My stay with Wyndham club resort

Very nice and priced well. Had some reconstruction going on. But very quiet and very helpful. Close to Dollywood and parkway drive What’s this? Will be going back.
