"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"Es ist ein sehr schönes und saubers Hotel. Sehr neu. Alles sehr praktisch im Zimmer enthalten. Wie eine kleine Wohnung. Einzig ein eigenes Restaurant zum frühstücken fehlt.Im gleichem Häuserkomplex, hat es ein Restaurant. Es öffnet leider erst später am Morgen. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Port-Ripaille. Si vous aimez les lieux chaleureux, calmes et proches de la nature, ce logement est idéal. Les propriétaires sont adorables et chaleureux. La maison est agréable pour 7 personnes. Je recommande tout de même de venir avec des personnes dont vous êtes proche, car le partage de la salle de bain peut être un peu difficile, mais autrement la maison est fonctionnelle et avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement décoré...

"A very good, comfortable hotel. Well located being next to the main rail station, the city’s 2 metro lines and nearby bus services. Room was good and bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. Would definitely use again."

"Excellent.Very good air conditioning. Thick double glazed windows.Room silent. Good beds and bathroom. Central location in the old town. Neighborhood clean and safe with some interesting characters on the street. Old town is halfway up the hill, walkable but some hills. Take the metro down to the waterfront where ,at Ouchy, there are old beautiful restored steamers to Montreux, Chillon Castle and Thonon-les-Bains with great views of the lake and Alps. Would definitely stay again. "
