"This is a great place to stay! Away from city noise and lights, quiet and comfortable, but a short drive from shopping and the CSU campus. The weather prevented us from getting to enjoy the patio but we could still enjoy the great view! Very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This townhome’s location was wonderful, near Windsor Lake and many walking trails. The host was terrific—engaging and responsive to requests. The townhome itself was lovely. Note that this VRBO is not designed for the elderly given the two story layout, low toilets, and lack of a walk in shower. "

"Five stars for the host. Stacy was amazing to work with. We had a sudden death in the family and she was able to get us in the next day, and was flexible with our dates as we navigated heavy emotions. Four stars for the house. It worked for our group both as a place to crash, and as a much needed hangout to meet and share stories. The garage was huge and had a bunch of tables and chairs that we all used. The upstairs was big and open and served our party well.Reason for the four stars instead of five: The unfinished basement should probably be blocked off with a door. We had a member fall down the narrow stairs and the open wires and writing on the walls was a bit creepy. The downstairs was small so there was no table to eat meals at. We sat on the floor or stood at the kitchen counters.Overall, we were so grateful to have the house to be all together. Stacy was quick to respond and very accommodating. The checkout instructions were very easy and we appreciated the ease of renting the house."

"This three level home in the historic (old) downtown area of Windsor was perfect for our extended family visit.Basement level had two bedrooms, bath, a large sectional sofa, and dining/game table for six. Main floor master bdrm with bath, large sectional couch seating area and table for games/puzzles, powder room, and 8 person table, plus kitchen island with bar for 4 people. Two refrigerators and double ovens. Well stocked kitchen - we cooked most of our meals. The upper floor had a large room with 2 twin beds and a queen bed (we put the kids/teens in there). Another bdrm with queen bed, and the bathroom included the washer and dryer. The main room had a Foosball Table and a PingPong table. There were also 3 twin beds in the nook areas (which we didn't need to use).Access to the backdeck off the main level. Mostly decking, but small sandy area for toddler play.There is a large park across the street - cornhole, pickleball courts, two playgrounds, plenty of squirrels for the dogs to bark at. "

"This was my second time staying here. Cynthia is an attentive, welcoming host. Everything is thought of and addressed. Kitchen is well stocked....including coffee needs. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area. "
