Sundowner offers a unique and secluded condo experience nestled in the tranquil northern stretch of our beloved Seven Mile Beach. This pristine expanse of powdery white sand beckons for swimming, snorkeling, or leisurely strolls. Here, you can relish solitude, snorkel right in front of your condominium, or take a serene walk to nearby hotels, such as The Kimpton Seafire (bars, restaurants, a spa, a coffee shop and watersports), restaurants, and water sports facilities, along with the Indigo and Bonny Moon beachfront restaurant and bar!

Just a brief 10 minute stroll from Sundowner, you'll discover two exclusive waterfront restaurants, Morgan's and Bacaro, nestled within the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. The nearby Anchor Store offers convenience items and a charming spot to sit and admire passing boats. For the adventurous spirits, renting a boat to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Rum Point area is an enticing option, with the convenience of collecting the boat from the CI Yacht Club. Alternatively, embark on a day trip with many Stingray City excursions and private boat charters departing from the Yacht Club.

Sundowner 3 boasts three spacious bedrooms (2 Kings and 2 Twins), accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. This self-sufficient ground floor unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living and dining area, and an outdoor tiled patio with a gas BBQ. Both the living room and the primary bedroom offer access to the exterior patio, providing the perfect setting to unwind at the end of the day and savor the breathtaking Cayman sunsets with a refreshing cocktail in hand! The other two bedrooms feature a King Bed and 2 Twin beds, both with ensuite bathrooms.

Sundowner 3 was the perfect quiet location on beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The three of us loved having our own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was mesmerizing sitting in the comfortable living room with a beach and water view. We enjoyed walking to Coccoloba Bar and Grill and Bonny Moon Beach Club for lunch or dinner. Visiting Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, Cayman Turtle Center, and shopping and eating at downtown Georgetown and Camana Bay were all fantastic, but just staying home at our beachside retreat was the favorite part of our Grand Cayman adventure. If you are looking for accommodations away from the large hotels and time share developments, Sundowner 3 is the place for you. This beautiful condo has everything you will need for a memorable Caribbean vacation.

Wow! Jose was an incredible host. Always responsive, helpful, and extremely generous. The rental was incredible!!! About five steps to the beach and as clean as possible inside! I will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone I know!

A bit of heaven on 7 mile beach

On one hand, we had the best time at this little gem of a spot. On the other, I'd like it to be available the next time we want to return. So, I'm torn because it definitely deserves 5 stars! We had the best time at this spot on the beach. The condo is well appointed with all the critical appliances - coffee maker and blender - for a beach vacation. We had 2 families sharing this awesome spot and had a fabulous time. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive and a few in walking distance down the beach. The condo is in great shape, well appointed for a beach vacation. We grilled a few times on the patio; there are beach toys, a great outdoor table area, comfortable living space, it really has it all. Also the bed was super comfortable which is rare in my experience.

Exceptional location!

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. You are literally steps from beautiful powder soft sand and gorgeous blue water! The snorkeling is nice right in front of the unit. Our family and friends did some night snorkeling with underwater flashlights and saw lots of amazing things! My only complaint is that there were mostly old teflon coated pans to use in the kitchen.

This property is amazing. Perfect secluded location for beach time while within easy walking distance to Coccoloba restaurant with excellent food and short drive to grocery store. Accommodations are excellent with many essentials provided such as pool toys, beach towels, etc. Will be back soon

Dive trip

Very convenient and beautiful location. Quiet area, close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. Beach front. Cayman University dive operator was 5 minutes away and the divers in our group had a great dive experience with Brad and Cole. We would happily stay here again.

Secluded perfection

We really were surprised at how secluded we felt at this property. It was so nice to be close to everything but far enough away you felt like the only people there. And at times, we were. We have already started looking at dates to go back, and have shared this property with friends because we loved it that much.

Great condo - June 2024

Family of five and 2 grandparents stayed here for a week and the property and location was fantastic. Would definitely recommend as we loved the ability to walk 15 feet and be on seven mile beach. Look forward to coming back to this same property in the future

Beautiful Beachfront Property

It was an absolutely wonderful location, very close drive to town, groceries, and the marina. You can’t beat the location, you are literally 15 steps to the sand. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful!

We have been visiting Cayman for many years. This was our first time staying at the Sundowner. The home was perfect, exactly what we needed, plenty of space for our family of five. We spent the mornings just playing with our children on the beach and going for a swim in the ocean. My children enjoyed viewing the many beautiful fish. Craig was available for all of our questions. We will definitely stay at the Sundowner again!

Perfect condo and unit

Had an excellent 5 night stay at Sundowner 3. The location is unbeatable, a relatively quiet stretch of Seven Mile Beach with the beach just a few steps from the condo, but still very close to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo was very clean and well-equipped with cooking supplies, a grill, plenty of beach towels and equipment for use. Check in and check out process was very easy and the property manager was responsive for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Rasch Family Carribean Tour 2023

The location and beach access are unparalleled. The house was clean and easy to access. The beds were comfy. Towels and amenities were in heavy supply. No negatives to discuss. Access to adventures of any kind is 10 minutes at most and super convenient. Chanel was amazing and friendly and more responsive than anyone could ever expect. WE WILL BE BACK!! Soon and often, I hope!

We could not have hoped for a better place to enjoy a vacation to Grand Cayman. The property was clean and well kept. Only 18 steps to the beach, umbrellas and chairs waiting to be enjoyed. Quiet and peaceful stretch of beach here. Beautiful sunsets too!

The PERFECT Location

This property is an absolute gem. This property lies just to the north of the line of hotels on Seven Mile Beach and just to the south of a string of mostly small condo developments, so it is very close to the action while being far enough away to feel very private. Even the road to the property is quiet and off the beaten path. The grassy lawn and beach are ideal right in front of the property, and there are a couple of convenient outdoor rinse locations. We were a five (or so) minute walk to the Kimpton Sea Fire Resort, water equipment rentals, and beach bar. The property residents were all very friendly and helpful. The condo was pleasantly spacious. Our family of six were very comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and ceiling fans in each room. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and extra bath towels. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen had all that we needed. It even had water loungers and a few water toys. The only thing that wasn't there was designated beach towels, but we had already brought our own beach towels anyway. The property manager Joyce reached out to us pretty much right when our plane landed (including the good news that the property happened to be ready a little early), and she answered every question promptly every time we reached out. She even came by the property to check on something for us. Fantastic customer service. I wouldn't change a thing about the property or the management!

Fun in the sun

Sundowner nunber 3 is well appointed, has many amenties. The location is quiet and easily accessible to the beach. Its a do over to stay at this location. Loved the fresh water shower coming put of the ocean.OnlySuggest blackout shades in all bedrooms and perhaps cushions on wooden chairs at dining table. Overall a fabulous time!

Paradise at Seven Mile Beach
