An in-ground swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m is heated to 28°C from May to the end of September.

The spacious 50m² living area, with its fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, is perfect for sharing convivial moments with family and friends.

- One large mezzanine bedroom above the lounge, offering privacy, with one single bed and one double bed.

- One ground-floor bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and a toilet.

- One large ground-floor bedroom, on the same level, with two single beds that can be joined to form a 160cm double bed. It also has French doors providing direct access to the terrace and garden.
This bedroom is a through room, with five stone steps leading to the other two bedrooms. It's ideal for children, who can play both inside and directly outside.

- One 20m² bedroom with a 160cm double bed and its own shower room with toilet. Direct, level access to the garden and swimming pool.

- One 25m² bedroom with a 160cm double bed, shower room, and private toilet, with direct, level access to the garden and swimming pool.
These two bedrooms, with their separate entrances from the garden, allow you to reach the rest of the house without going through bedroom 3 if you wish to preserve the peace and quiet of its occupants.

Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and final cleaning is included.

You will have complete freedom to use the entire property.
