House, renovated, very quiet, a short walk from downtown.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast and cooking.

The Sofa opens to make a comfortable bed with a mattress for one person.

Flat, quiet, mostly residential area.

There are cycle paths in the surrounding areas: Next to Jardim do Bonfim which extends to the end of Avenida Luisa Todi.

In Jardim do Bonfim you can find:

- Cafe/restaurant by the lake
