Ana's Apartments, Sea View

Ana's Apartments is located in the center of Sines and offers a breathtaking view over the historic area of the city. It provides the unique opportunity to enjoy moments of tranquility through the surrounding landscape, and is also the ideal place to explore the city's icons or to venture into water sports. The apartment has an open plan design, with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, 1 bedroom, terrace and living room with dining area.

Parking
Parking on the street is free and generally safe. However, we do recommend due care.
Park of the castle: 200 meters - Rua João de Deus 4 (37. 955282, -8. 865716).
Park of the municipality: 270 meters - Rua Gago Coutinho 3A (37. 956171, -8. 864729).

Accessibility
Access to the building is via stairs and not suitable for disabled people.
Apartment with two bedrooms: floor 1 - 18 steps.
Apartment with sea view: 2nd floor - 34 steps.

Safety
For security, property, facilities and individuals, access to the Ana's Apartments building is under surveillance of an closed circuit television with capture and recording of image and sound.
To protect all users, keep the door closed.

Reception (Floor 0)
Staff at Ana's Apartments are present at the reception:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.

Accommodation Bulletins
All short-term accommodation in Portugal are required to communicate the presence and identity of all guests to the Portuguese Immigration and Border Service (SEF).

Check-in and check-out
The check-in process requires the presentation of proof of reservation and identification of all guests.
The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Before leaving, you should leave the apartment organized and dirty dishes inside the machine.

Equipment
The apartments have all the facilities that we deem necessary for a pleasant stay.
All the utensils were rigorously inventoried. The customer is responsible for furniture, appliances and any other objects inside the apartments. Any loss, theft or misuse will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

Cleaning and services
The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen and bath as well as kitchenware.
The general cleaning of the apartment during the stay will only apply for bookings over 10 nights.
Cleaning hours: 12:00 to 15:00 hours.
All spaces contain waste selection and disposal units. The collection is only practiced at the end of the stay.
The optional laundry service is available upon request (charges apply).
Rates do not include meals.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
It is not applicable the addition of extra beds or cots.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and common areas.
If there is any damage due to smoking without permission or if we can not dispose of the apartments for a certain period of time due to the odor resulting from smoking, the person responsible for the reservation will be charged for damages and the period of disablement.

Pets
Not allowed.

Internet and TV channels
All spaces have free Wi-Fi.
The apartments feature high-definition fiber optic channels. If your apartment has a box, you should tune in to HDMI 1 TV and then turn on the receiver to select the desired channel. If your apartment does not have a box, you should choose the channels using only the television command.

Air conditioning
To select the mode of operation, COOL or HEAT, you must do the following:
1. Select the "MODE" button for COOL or HEAT;
2. Select the FAN button in auto mode;
3. Select the desired temperature in the "TEMP" button;
4. Turn on the air conditioner with the "ON / OFF" button
All equipment installed in the apartment must operate with the windows closed and in the same cycle, cooling or heating.

Cancellation of reservation
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to invite unregistered visitors to the apartments. We reserve the right to dislodge all guests, registered and unregistered, and proceed with the cancellation of the reservation.
All users should respect the stay of other guests and neighbors of the building. We reserve the right to evict all customers causing noise or disturbance in apartments and public areas.
