The Solarium by the Waves

  • Welcome to Le Solarium au Bord des Flots, a charming duplex ideal for a stay as a couple or with the family, with direct access to the Corniche and Lazaret beaches and just a 5-minute walk from the Lido.
    Located in the Le Castlemare residence in Sète, the apartment offers a sea view from its solarium, which is accessible from the bedroom. For extra peace and quiet, enjoy the tree-lined terrace opening onto the living room.
    The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

    The apartment
    This bright duplex has a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. You will enjoy the welcoming living room, with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, and the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking with fresh produce from the local shops, only a 5-minute walk away.

    Try the famous Tielles de Sète, explore the Théâtre de la Mer and its festivals, or start a walk up Mont Saint-Clair, a short distance from the residence. The famous Halles de Sète and the town centre are 15 minutes away by car or bus.

    Guest access
    The apartment has a reserved outdoor parking space within the residence. Public transport is nearby, with bus lines making it easy to reach Sète TGV station (line 3 - "Les Près Calards" stop). Montpellier airport (50 minutes by car) and Béziers Cap d'Agde airport (35 minutes by car) also make it easy to arrive.

    Two pedestrian entrances are available: one facing the beaches, the other towards the shops via the residence car park.

    The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no lift.

    Other things to note
    The toilets, a little narrow, are on the ground floor of the apartment. The bedroom, upstairs, has a 140 cm mattress, with a sea view that you can enjoy straight from the bed. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 additional guests. Our advice: from October to the end of April, the apartment is ideally suited to 2 adults and 2 children.

    Bed linen and towels are provided.

    Essentials such as spices, tea, Nespresso coffee, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are provided to make your stay easier.
