Vacation rental in Sète: comfortable studio renovated in 2024 of 15m2 living space, sea view with sea view terrace. Its orientation is east. 2nd floor (no elevator.) The beaches are in front of the residence (50m). The shops are 500m away. quality double sofa bed in 140cm, television, a kitchen area (with hotplates, fridge, microwave, pod coffee maker). The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, the WC. The residence is very pleasant and wooded. Private parking n ° 26, closed by an automatic gate. You will appreciate the reversible AIR CONDITIONING :)
Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible in electronic key box.
