Séjour en appartement sur la corniche à Sète

Vue magnifique grâce à la grande terrasse ouverte et sa conception permettant une vision latérale correspondant à ce que je cherchais. Je suis très content de mon séjour Peut être un petit four posable même en remplacement du micro onde ( ce n est pas très important.....)

2 grands parents avec leurs 2 petites-filles qui se sont régalées entre plage de la Corniche et piscine. La situation est excellente, la terrasse un vrai lieu de vie ombragée. Le bémol : l'isolation des murs, l'ameublement à minima et l'absence de vrai four. Sinon équipement vaisselle et batterie cuisine très bien, bonne literie.Un peu inquiets au départ, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Vue mer top Une clim serait la bienvenue Au minimum un ventilateur. Le support du lit de 140 en bois est agressif dans les angles Un lit de 160 serait le bienvenu Tout le reste est très bien. Très belle terrasse avec vue sympa sur mer

séjour à Sète en juillet

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en compagnie de notre petit fils. L'appartement est très bien situé bien orienté ,Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Aucun vis-à-vis, très belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et l'appartement bien équipé un petit bémol sur les matelas un peu trop mous à notre goût et sur la cafetière électrique qu'il faudrait détartrer ou changer car elle est extrêmement lente. Sinon tout est parfait. nous reviendrons sûrement

Tout super ... A part quelques bricoles.. l'appartement est super même si un peu "vieillot". Le gros point noir de cet appartement c'est la literie vraiment inconfortable. A changer. Après nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Emplacement magnifique Bien excellent et très agréable avec une magnifique vue mer ...les + avec accès mer/ piscine/ Freebox wifi ...Matériel cuisine machine à laver linge lave vaisselle cafetiere bouilloire etc..c'est parfait ...Les couchages sont de qualité BZ neuf tres confortable notamment mais à changer les petits lits trop anciens ...On a apprécie beaucoup toutes les commodités le hall magnifique fleuri est très accueillant le nouvel ascenseur la propreté des lieux le calme..la proximité de la restauration ( le nouveau restaurant ..très bon et très accueillant vraiment top)...:Nous avons passé une semaine très sympa et très agréable Bien excellent, tres agréable tres bien situé avec des prestations très bien mais plusieurs ameliorations ou adaptation restent à faire pour le moderniser et améliorerle confort : Porte d'entrée à repeindre c'est la 1ere chose qu'on voit en arrivant ça dénote avec le cadre magnifique -besoin de plus d assises confortables dans le salon et en terrasse (Ex : banquettes supplémentaires ou pls pouf, petit salon de jardin en terrasse ) ainsi qu'une table basse dans le salon ..un nouveau fer à repasser aussi, un balai neuf et un barbecue ..L'eclairage dans les chambres est à refaire ainsi les 2 petits lits trop vieux ..manque un ventilateur (il a fait très chaud et nous avions heureusement apporté le notre) ou installation d une climatisation serait idéale- Sinon les prestations sont vraiment bien !.. En vous remerciant cdt

Grosse déception

Logement pas entretenu.Cuisine:robinet d'évier qui fuit ,moisi autour du robinet,.refrigerateur:sans bouton thermostat(cassé et pas remplacé);plan de travail tout abîmé, rideaux de placards sales. Salle de bain:baignoire toute abîmée émail éclaté å plusieurs endroits avec rouille. Lave linge ne fonctionnait pas d'où intervention du réparateur qui a indique que l'appareil est bon å changer... Chambre: housse de matelas très très sale..donc intervention encore auprès de l'agence Wc: réservoir qui cogne au mur et odeurs d'urines++ Voilà, je trouve que pour un appartement classė 2 ėpis,il y a un gros souci..... Bien trop cher.....pour les prestations Dommage,il y a une tres belle vue et il est bien situé
