Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. Our towels looked like they were used and was never changed with stains on them and hairs on the shower walls. Pillows smelled like sweat and cigarette smoke. Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work.
