「Layout of the Villa is good (kitchen a tad small) however the whole Villa was tired inside. The Oven did not work properly, the hobs took along time to heat up, the air con system is old and if everyone (6-8 people) is trying to take a shower then you run out of hot water pretty fast. The owner was very nice however he lives next door and comes onto the property regularly to feed his chickens and gather his gardening equipment - some may find this ok but we didn't, we felt our privacy was a...

「Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca die für alle Altersgruppen etwas zu bieten hat. Toller Poolbereich, der zum verweilen einlädt. Viele Pflanzen: Es ist grün und schattig ums Haus. Mehrere gemütliche Sitzgruppen sind vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent: Bei kleineren Problemen (z.B. ging einmal der Sonnenschirm im Wind kaputt) wurde sofort reagiert. Der Strand Es-Trenc ist fussläufig erreichbar. 「The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.」
