The villa has four bedrooms with double beds sized 180x200 cm, five bathrooms, a spacious living area with fireplace, an open kitchen, a dining room and several rest areas. A suite on the ground floor has its own bathroom with bathtub and dressing room, the second suite on the upper floor offers views of the garden, mountains and swimming pool.

Equipment and important indications:
For our guests, bed linen, towels, and pool towels are available. The kitchen is equipped with basic small equipment, which includes spices, oil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, and 1-2 garbage bags. Please note that this is initial equipment: in case of consumption, we ask you to purchase your own within the framework of self-supply. In the bathrooms, you will find hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper upon arrival. If you need anything else during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us, we are at your disposal at all times.
Important:
According to the official provisions of the Government of the Balearic Islands (GOIB), each guest is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Since some booking portals do not automatically collect this fee, in such cases you will receive the payment information directly from your landlord. Additionally, a refundable deposit will be charged, the amount of which will be communicated to you before your arrival.
