This large, peaceful house, located in the middle of nature, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family on a 3-hectare plot of land. Wide open spaces where everyone can recharge their batteries quietly but also many places conducive to convivial moments such as the patio, the terrace, the covered summer kitchen or the games room: table football, billiards, darts, table tennis... It is around the salt swimming pool (12x6m) that you can stroll on the deckchairs or nibble on the picnic tables, and jump on the trampoline. A few bicycles will allow you to discover the surrounding trails or go shopping in the center of the village: a bakery, a butcher's shop, a post office and an independent grocery store. Sers is located 15 minutes from Angoulême and 35 minutes from Brantome in the Dordogne. A charcoal barbecue and a volcanic rock barbecue will allow you to cook outside. Pets are not allowed, there is a rich biodiversity around the house, many species of birds will rock your nap moments.
